Owner Susan Middaugh is a Certified Employee Benefits
Specialist. That means she passed a series of 10 exams
developed by the Wharton School and the International Society
of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. Before founding
Have Pen, Will Travel, Susan worked for insurance companies
and in hospital public relations, so she knows the in’s
and out’s of business.
Susan is also a magazine and newspaper feature writer.

United States and Canada.
